Refund policy

We humbly don't take returns / Exchange on items sold once. “Incase of any size issues we keep at least 1-2 inches extra margin inside garment and you can alter it accordingly.”

No Return / No Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once sold.

  • This policy applies to all items, including sale and custom-stitched orders.

  • We request our customers to check product details, sizes, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

Exceptions

We only accept returns in the rare case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof)
